We believe in the quality of everything with our Superbolt Brand and any other item we sell on our site. For all products purchased at Superbolt we extend a 90 day return policy. If any time with in the 90 days from purchase, our Superbolt products have not performed to you expectations and we are unable to resolve, please request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
If you received your bike shipment and there is visible damage to the box please take pictures of the box before opening should you need to file a claim for damaged parts.
When unpacking and building the bike carefully inspect the bike to make sure nothing was damaged. If there is damage to any parts or the frame of the bike please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 833.674.7433. Our service team will work with you to resolve the issue.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
